Chris Stewart brought the Wild back from a 4-2 deficit against Winnipeg on Sunday night, but Minnesota still lost 5-4. But the Jets got the go ahead goal by Josh Morrissey at 12:43 of the third and the Wild end up suffering their fifth straight loss. Devan Dubnyk allowed five goals on 21 shots. Minnesota needs more from its power play, which is 3-for-28 over the last nine contests, while Nino Niederreiter has gone 10 games without a goal and Charlie Coyle has netted just one in 15 matches.

The Wild are back home for their next three games.

"We're not executing properly ... it's something we've got to clean up and be better".

He's spent the entirety of his rookie campaign at the AHL level with Manitoba, putting up two goals and 13 points in 57 regular season games for the minor league club.

"I didn't see the puck", Dubnyk said of Morrissey's victor.

Winnipeg had mounted a 4-0 lead at 4:38 of the second period after scoring on four of its first eight shots in the game, but the Wild fired in four straight goals to tie it up heading into the third period. Blake Wheeler got his 500th National Hockey League point with an assist. Connor Hellebuyck is expected to be back in the crease in this one as he will face off against Michal Neuvirth in a game that could very well come down to who can keep more pucks of their net.

Jets forward Mathieu Perreault had two assists, two shots, two hits and a takeaway in 17:51 of ice time. "No one's going to help us but us".

"It's special for sure". I've been lucky to play with a lot of great hockey players, so it's just been a real good start to the career. It's been an honor to play this game.
