Thorne able to escape for the tag to Miller. Open hand slaps from down under as Nese fires back with kicks of his own. TM61 with the hi-lo offense from basketball and Daivari breaks up a pin. Nese with a sit out slam and then Daivari with a frog splash for a near fall. Tag to Ariya, who wears down Thorne. They deliver Thunder Valley for the three and victory. She says the crowd was insane.

Tom asks Asuka if she feels anyone is ready to challenge her for the title. She said she's very proud to be a champion of Japanese descent and sends a message to her home country in Japanese.

Ember Moon's opponent tonight, Leah Von, is Canadian wrestler Leah Vaughan, aka "Leah Vaughn Dutch.' She has appeared for Shine Wrestling and Ring of Honor, in addition to working previous matches in NXT this summer, and has appeared as one of Adam Rose's 'Rosebuds" on WWE TV.

Ember gets a great pop for her Full Sail debut.

- Backstage with Steve Cutler. She says she respects Bayley and Bayley is the heart of NXT. He sacrificed four years to get here. Side headlock and whipped into the rope for a spring board cross body. Moon nearly seems offended that Von got in any offense and lays in some stiff kicks and a somersault elbow into the corner. Leah works a chinlock but her awkward handspring stuff in the corner gets stopped by a rollup Ember kicks her hard and nails a running back elbow in the corner. She gets the three. He says he does not care if you like him or hate him, you will respect him. Jose says that Roode comes in with his fancy outfits and says that he wasn't the first person to disrespect him and he has never and will never change for anyone.

Johnny says they will hit them where it hurt the most. Gargano announces that William Regal will give them a tag match at the CWC Finale if he is indeed cleared. They each vow to back after The Revival. Aries hits a back elbow off the second rope for two. Almas with a handsome jumping head scissors to take back control. Almas tries a headscissors, but Aries gets out and dropkicks him for one. Almas lands on his feet and hits a moonsault for a near fall. Aries heads to the top but is pushed off to the outside by Aries.

Back from break and Aries remains in control. Almas sets for the running double knees but Aries gets out of the way. Speaking of which, he locks in a rear chin lock. Almas chases Aries around the ring and they go back in and Aries with a kick and he sends Almas into the ropes but Almas hangs in the ropes. Aries with a drop kick for a near fall. Almas fights out and pushes him down. Inside, Almas climbs up top but gets knocked off to the outside. Both men say they are doing okay. Aries with an Irish whip and knee to the midsection. Almas goes for another head scissors take down from the top, but Aries reverses it into a power bomb into the Last Chancery. Almas with a forearm and Aries with a chop.

- During commercial, another "sanity" vignette airs.

No Way Jose is in the interview area and he is asked about Bobby Roode. Almas goes to the apron while Aries returns to the ring. Cutler catches a charging Nakamura with snake eyes and stomps a mudhole in him. Good vibrations in the corner twice. Cutler with the fourth rear chin lock we've seen this evening. His offense doesn't last long because Nakamura starts throwing strikes and kicks.

Nakamura puts Cutler on the turnbuckles and kicks Cutler and hits a reverse Exploder followed by Kinshasa for the three count.
