Stranger Things Reveal First Season Two Teaser!

Netflix announced early today that season two of the summer hit "Stranger Things" has been green lit and will arrive in 2017.

While chatting with EW, Matt also revealed that he and his brother, Ross - also known as "The Duffer Brothers" - will be introducing new characters when the show returns.

The brothers recently confirmed that they had a plan in place for series two - which would largely be inspired by the eerie events of season one.

"There are definitely a lot of cliffhanger-y threads at the end [of the season 1 finale]", Matt said at the time.

And if there weren't enough, four new characters are expected to join the upcoming season.

"Stranger Things" stars Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Matthew Modine, Millie Bobby Brown, Natalia Dyer and Gaten Matarazzo.

The popular "Netflix" series, "Stranger Things" has been renewed for a nine-episode second season. Thankfully, Netflix is happy to oblige, and we now have confirmation that more Stranger Things (even stranger things?) is on the way for 2017. "We leave that up in the air".

Well, now with Season 2 coming along, it appears the audience will be on their way to satisfaction.

The show played on nostalgia for the films of the 80s watched by the Duffer brothers, who were born in 1984. And a lot of questions there in terms of, if the Monster is dead, was it a singular monster? Adds Ross: "We obviously have this gate to another dimension, which is still very much open in the town of Hawkins. And with so many really falling in love with season one, and people who hadn't really seen episodes of season one just yet, let's focus on season one right now", Sarandos said.
