Lenovo is one of the biggest smartphone makers out there, and the company has just launched three devices during IFA 2016.
The second phone is the Lenovo K6 Power, which seems to be launched in two distinct models: one that includes 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of builtin storage, and one with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of integrated storage. All three smartphones will be offered in dark grey, gold and silver color options. It comes with stereo speakers and supports Dolby Atmos surround.
It all starts with the Snapdragon 430 chipset that powers all three, and that means an octa-core CPU with 4 Cortex-A53 cores clocked up to 1.5GHz, and another 4 capped at 1.2GHz.
The Lenovo K6 sports a 5-inch display with 1080 x 1920 resolution. In the optics department, it comes with a 16 MP primary camera coupled with dual-tone LED flash, while on the front there will be a selfie snapper with an 8 MP sensor. 4G-ready and bundled with the usual array of connectivity including Bluetooth 4.1 and Global Positioning System, the device gets 8- and 13-megapixel cameras on the front and back respectively. There's also a fingerprint sensor located to the rear of each, while Android 6.0 Marshmallow is included across the board.
Next in line is Lenovo K6 Power, which has the same size and type of display, processor model and power, as well as the operating system version. The handset is powered by Dolby Atmos and packs a punch with its 4,000 mAh battery. However, it gets its Power moniker thanks to its significantly larger battery of 4,000mAh, compared to the Lenovo K6's. In terms of storage, this smartphone comes in two variants - 2GB RAM with 16GB ROM and 3GB RAM with 32GB ROM.
Lenovo K6 Note brings a larger display to the series, more precisely, a 5.5-inch screen with Full HD. The chip is helped by an Adreno 505 graphics processing unit. The Lenovo K6 proper has 2GB of RAM and either 16GB or 32GB of storage, the Power comes in 2GB/16GB and 3GB/32GB flavors, while on the K6 Note internal storage is set at 32GB, but RAM is either 3GB or 4GB. All models are equipped with an 8MP front-facing camera.
It's as yet unknown how much the new devices will cost, though looking at the Redmi 3S's $105 price tag, we'd expect them to be cheap.
